Isham has over a decade of interactive experience including online application development with IBM, conceptual R&D at FOX Interactive Media and brand and identity design work for Macquarium Intelligent Communications and Omnicom's Ketchum Interactive. While working with IBM Isham led the creative team in developing the new look for the Honeywell and Allied Signal merger. Working directly with teams from both companies they successfully launched a newly designed website with 15,000 pages of content in 5 weeks for their public merger announcement.

While at FOX, Isham conceptualized new online properties that were presented directly to Rupert Murdoch for budget approval. One of these, The Springbox, was recently integrated into Myspace and now has over 3 million daily users. Other clients Isham has worked with include Bombardier, Choicepoint, Coca Cola, UPS, IMG, BP, and Timberland.
