Dan Backhaus

Dan discovered the Web in the late 90s after several years in the software industry developing and marketing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and document management systems. He has experience working with large global corporations, start-up technology companies and several leading interactive agencies in roles as diverse as sales, business development, strategic consulting and project management. Past clients Dan has worked for include Bayer, BMW, DaimlerChrysler, GE, GMAC, Merrill Lynch, and Wachovia.

Born and raised in Germany, Dan began his professional career in Europe, where he lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, England and the Czech Republic before moving to Atlanta in 2002. A PMI-certified Project Management Professional, he holds a Bachelors of Science degree in International Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from the European University in Montreux, Switzerland.
